PPO enrollees only; Triada is many plans in one. It is a GAP supplement covering your deductible and coinsurance at 100%. Triada offers additional insurance like accident, critical illness, and life insurance. Triada is a wellness, health risk management program keeping employees healthy creating the gppd risk that makes many of these benefits have $0 cost per paycheck!
Triada requires a minimum of 5 employees to join to activate the program. The program leverages pre tax purchase and claim reimbursement to provide 100% coverage. See enrollment platform movie below to see how plan works. Ask your employer to offer Triada.
NOTE; TRIADA IS A VOLUNTARY PLAN , EMPLOYEES MAY ELECT BLUE CROSS ONLY. THE GAP PLAN STAND ALONE IS VOLUNTARY IN WHICH THE EMPLOYEE PAYS ADDITIONAL PREMIUM. THE GAP+ PLAN (GAP WITH HEALTH RISK MANAGEMENT) IS ALSO VOLUNTARY.
