Triada requires a minimum of 5 employees to join to activate the program. The program leverages pre tax purchase and claim reimbursement to provide 100% coverage for most employees, eliminating deductibles and coinsurance, at little or no impact to employee's paycheck.. In addition many employees have some cash left over, increasing paycheck slightly or providing additional purchasing revenue for additional insurance products.
