THE GAP+ PLAN (GAP WITH HEALTH RISK MANAGEMENT) IS ALSO VOLUNTARY. ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES MAY ENROLL AND USE GAP+ WITH OTHER HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS, EXAMPLE; SPOUSAL COVERAGE.

GAP and GAP+ will cover deductibles and coinsurnace, but NOT COPAYS,  GAP+ requires employees to participate In HRM (Health Risk Management) program which provides a claim/reimbursement keeping emloyee's paycheck intact. Most GAP+  employees enfoy 100% coverage at no additional cost.
